By confirming your appointment with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, please read carefully.

Your child's appointment

Appointments last either 40 minutes (for 45-minute slots) or 50 minutes (for 1-hour slots) as this includes note-writing times and equipment preparation.

Please make sure you are ready for the time of the therapist's arrival and that your child is ready for the appointment wearing appropriate clothing. Ensure the therapist has enough floor space to treat your child.

In school visits, please make sure the school is aware of the appointment and has a space for us to see your child.

The therapist will discuss equipment needs on your first appointment.

You must stay with your child for the duration of all appointments, the parent or caregiver is not permitted to leave the room without their child unless agreed with the therapist. ​

Cancellation Policy
If you fail to attend treatment or reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be obliged to pay for the full cost of the missed session.

Invoices and Payment

Invoices will be emailed by our accounts team, after your session. If you buy a block of sessions, you will pay in advance.  Payment is due within 1 day of the date of this invoice. You can pay with PayPal, card, direct debit or bank transfer.

Confidentiality

We follow data protection rules according to the national standards. All patient information is safely stored/destroyed and treated confidentially.
